I’m Jordan Cunningham — a real estate agent, construction professional, and Colorado native who’s spent my entire life around homes in the Front Range.
I earned my Construction Management degree from Colorado State University, completing internships with respected residential and commercial contractors like Saunders and FCI. After college, I spent six years at DT Construct, working across residential and commercial sales, estimating, pre‑construction, and project management.
For the last three years, I’ve been heavily involved in fix‑and‑flip projects, managing everything from design to budgeting to full remodel execution. I’ve walked thousands of job sites and explored nearly every residential remodel scenario you can imagine — which means when I walk a property with you, I’m evaluating structure, systems, safety, and long‑term value, not guessing.
On the personal side, I married my high‑school sweetheart, and we’re raising two beautiful kids here in Colorado. I love golf, pheasant hunting, fly fishing, watching the Denver Broncos, and spending time with my people. My faith is central to who I am — I’m a follower of Jesus, and I try to live that out through integrity, service, and how I treat others.
